We are in the process of formalizing an Advisory Group comprised of individuals who have expertise in public health, development and management, to serve as a critical resource for the Touch Foundation’s progress. Several members have advised and supported the Touch Foundation since our earliest days.

Students

By funding student tuitions and fees, the Touch Foundation is enabling hundreds of young Tanzanians to commit their lives to becoming the healthcare workers that their country so desperately needs. Weill Bugando’s university offers not only the Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, but also post-graduate degrees in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Surgery, OB/GYN and Anesthesiology, and diplomas in six paramedical professions: Nursing, Diagnostic Radiography, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Anesthesiology, the Assistant Medical Officer (AMO) program in clinical medicine, and Pharmacology.
